The Bradford Anne Frank Ambassadors have shown commitment to equality, human rights and community cohesion. Using their film and education resources, they have taught others about Anne Frank and human rights. more

   


Jordan Lees

Jordan suffered terrible abuse from bullies at his school. At his lowest he thought of hurting himself. But Jordan fought back by setting up his own website which helps other bullied young people by offering them the opportunity to share their experiences. more

   


Mayer Hersh

Mayer is only one of two Holocaust survivors from his extended family of nearly a hundred, surviving nine camps including Auschwitz. more

   


Nicole Dryburgh

An outstanding deaf, blind and disabled young woman who has defied the odds and turned life shattering events into forces for good. more

   


Rotherham Anti-Facism Group

Liam Laughton and Tom Bartley became involved with anti-facism campaigning after recognising heightened local support for the BNP. They undertook a programme to be trained in peer education skills and delivered sessions to over 250 young people and staff in Rotherham. more

   


Simon Dell

Simon Dell is a voluntary special constable. Since retiring from the police force Simon has devoted himself to educating and helping young people. more

   


Tim Clifford

Tim Clifford joined HMP Ashfield in 1999, and became a key member of the team which transformed the prison education department. In 2006 he contracted cancer, but continued his treatment whilst at work. more

   


Alexander Rose

Whitefriars School Playground Monitors

This group of 10 and 11 year old playground monitors have made a significant difference to the atmosphere of their school playground.
